All orders ship from Canada.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery across Canada generally takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
At this time, we ship within Canada only.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality concern, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once prepared or dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Are your products food-safe?

Our Kampot Pepper is sealed, shelf-stable, and imported into Canada in compliance with applicable food safety, testing, and import regulations.
Is your Kampot Pepper authentic?
Yes.
Our pepper is GI-certified Kampot Pepper — protected under Geographical Indication status, similar to Champagne in France. It is sourced directly from certified producers in Cambodia and fully traceable to origin.
How should I store Kampot Pepper?
For best freshness and aroma, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep containers sealed when not in use.
Is your pepper grown with chemicals?
Our Kampot Pepper is cultivated without chemical pesticides and carefully tended by hand by certified partners in Kampot Province.
