Shipping
All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada.
Delivery across Canada generally takes 3–7 business days depending on destination.
Tracking details are provided once your order has shipped.
At this time, TYKCollective ships within Canada only.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of food products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the matter and arrange a resolution where appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Food Safety
Our Kampot Pepper is sealed, shelf-stable, and imported into Canada in compliance with applicable food safety and regulatory requirements.
