At TYKCollective, we take pride in offering premium, small-batch Kampot pepper sourced directly from Cambodia.

Due to the nature of food products, all opened items are final sale and non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tykcollective.comwith your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
