A Season of Love, A New Year in Motion
Love is found in many places: in cooking for someone else, in laughter shared with friends, in meals prepared for family, or in the simple act of nourishing oneself. Food has always been one of humanity’s most universal expressions of care. A thoughtfully chosen ingredient can turn an everyday meal into a moment of connection.
What makes Kampot Pepper so special?
Renowned for its unique flavor and heritage, Kampot Pepper has captured the attention of chefs, food enthusiasts, and media worldwide.
Kampot pepper is more than just a spice —it’s a masterpiece of tradition, flavor, and quality. Carefully cultivated using traditional, organic farming methods, this world-renowned spice was awarded Geographical Indication (GI) status by the World Trade Organization in 2010. Just as only true Champagne comes from France’s Champagne region, only pepper grown in Kampot region in Cambodia earns the honor of carrying its prestigious name.
Discover the World's Finest Pepper
Kampot Pepper is celebrated for its four exquisite varieties, each offering a unique flavor profile:
Black Kampot Pepper
Deep, bold, and aromatic — the original essence of Kampot.
Sun-dried from fully mature green berries, this pepper delivers warm notes of pine, smoke, and eucalyptus with a lingering heat that awakens the senses. A favorite among chefs for both savory and sweet pairings.
White Kampot Pepper
Elegant, smooth, and subtly powerful.
Made by carefully removing the red skin from fully ripened berries, this ivory pepper reveals a creamy texture with gentle heat and hints of citrus and lemongrass. Ideal for delicate dishes and modern cuisine.
Red Kampot Pepper
Rare, ripe, and refined.
Harvested at full maturity, these crimson berries are dried whole to preserve their natural sugars. The result is a complex pepper with layers of fruit, honey, and floral notes — a gourmand’s dream.
Green Kampot Pepper
Bright, vibrant, and alive.
Harvested young and preserved in brine, green Kampot pepper delivers a fresh, vegetal flavor with crisp heat. Bursting with energy, it pairs beautifully with seafood, cheese, or a splash of lime.
